terms of servicesby contacting me for any commission, you are agreeing to my terms of services below.

i. general terms
➜ please write in a clear and nice manner
➜ provide neat references, not just listing the description (this will make it easier for me and you)
➜ i have the right to decline any commission i am uncomfortable with
➜ do not rush me! if you have a timeline to complete, we can discuss a rush order (pricing for rush orders will vary depending on due dates/complexity)
➜ i do occasionally stream my art processes, if you do not want me to stream it let me know beforehand

ii. payment
➜ depending on complexity/extra details or props in your commission(s), additional charges may apply
➜ all commissions must be paid upfront and in full after consultation
➜ i am only accepting payments in usd
➜ all payments are made through paypal only
➜ commissions are nonrefundable after sketching phase is complete
➜ please respect my prices. asking for discounts/price reductions will result in a ban from my services

iii. process / customer satisfaction
➜ i will do everything in my power to make our process smooth and easy
➜ i will provide you with sketches of your commission after payment
➜ if payment is not sent within 3 days, your order will be cancelled
➜ any wips/updates after sketching phase must be asked for
➜ i allow up to 3 small changes after completion (within 1 week)
➜ any large changes will be considered a new commission

iv. copyright / usage
➜ i own all copyright to my art
➜ you may post my art, but please properly provide credit!
➜ all commissions are for personal use only, you may use the art to promote yourself but proper credit must be shared
➜ DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OF MY ART, REMOVE ANY WATERMARKS, ALTER MY ART IN ANY WAY, OR USE MY WORK FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
➜ if you'd like to own the rights to the product, there will be a fee of 4x the original price

v. cancelling / refunding protocol
➜ i have the right to cancel/refund your commission at any time, especially with difficult customers.
➜ you cannot demand a refund after the sketching phase is completed
➜ if you file a chargeback against me, i have every right to retract and resell your commission to a new customer
